The development will have a unique character and identity, with extensive green spaces, character areas, a proposed new primary school and strong design references to the site’s former use as an airbase.
The new homes will be located within a network of connected and accessible green spaces containing safe routes for walking and cycling, which will connect seamlessly with the wider allocation site to create a truly integrated new neighbourhood.
Significant landscape and ecology aspects will be incorporated. The land which falls outside of the site allocation area is not proposed for development.
